Cinnamon Roll Bread

Cinnamon Roll Bread:⠀
4 eggs⠀
2 cups almond flour⠀
1/3 cup maple syrup⠀
1 tsp vanilla⠀
3 tsp cinnamon⠀
2 tbsp applesauce (can sub butter or ghee here)⠀
2 tsp baking powder⠀
2 tbsp nut butter⠀
Cinnamon sugar layer:⠀
1/2 cup coconut sugar⠀
2 tbsp melted ghee⠀
2 tsp cinnamon⠀
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the rest of the bread ingredients in and mix together well. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and add 1/2 the batter.⠀
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon sugar layer together.⠀
Add 1/2 the cinnamon sugar mixture to the batter.⠀
Then add the rest of the batter on top.⠀
Drizzle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top.⠀
Bake at 350F for 39-41 minutes.⠀
Let cool completely then drizzle melted coconut butter or powdered sugar mixed with mix on top!⠀
Slice and enjoy!
