
Ingredients⠀

Oatmeal:⠀
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats⠀
2 Tbsp chia seeds⠀
2 1/4 cups unsweetened milk of choice⠀
1/4 cup pure maple syrup, or raw honey⠀
2 tsps vanilla extract⠀
1/4 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt⠀
⠀
To Assemble:⠀
4 small bananas⠀
1/3 cup Greek yogurt⠀
1 cup chopped strawberries⠀
1 cup fresh berries of choice⠀
2 Tbsps chopped walnuts⠀
2 Tbsps dark chocolate, melted⠀

Instructions:⠀
⠀
To make your overnight oatmeal:⠀
⠀
Place all the oatmeal ingredients to a mixing bowl. Whisk well to combine, then cover and allow it to refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).⠀

To assemble your banana split bowls:⠀
⠀
Peel and slice the bananas in half, lengthwise.⠀
⠀
Add the banana halves to your bowls as shown.⠀
⠀
Add oatmeal in the middle followed by a dollop of yogurt.⠀
⠀
Sprinkle with strawberries and fresh berries.⠀
⠀
Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.⠀
⠀
Repeat with remaining bowls.⠀
⠀
