Air fried salmon + saffron cauli mash.

Here’s how I made it all:⠀

1. First, I seasoned some salmon and let it rest. Dab it down with paper towel to remove excess moisture, then season with sumac, garlic powder, Chile lime seasoning, and Aleppo pepper. I go heavy, but season as you wish with whatever you like. But I can’t recommend and air fryer enough here. Makes all the difference. Set aside and let it soak up the flavors for 20-30 mins before cooking.⠀

2.Next up is the cauli. I steamed up some Josies Organics cauliflower florets. Once they are soft, use a hand blender, appliance of choice, or whatever you have on hand to mash it.⠀

2.Add the mashed cauli into a pan and mix with 1-2 oz of shredded parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt to taste. Go easy on salt since the parmesan is already salted⠀

4. For added flavor and color you can use either use sweet paprika or Safran (a tiny bit goes a long way). The saffron was a really nice touch, you need only a tiny bit.⠀

5. Stir till the cheese has melted and feel free to top with fresh herbs like parsley. Completely optional, but💥

6.You can air fry the salmon for 12-15 mins at 375-400 depending on the thickness/how you like it.⠀

7. I served it up with some roasted tomatos and topped with fresh parsley.⠀
